I’m a senior programme and portfolio leader with more than three decades in technology and operations, including 29 years at Deutsche Bank. From January 1997 to October 2026, I worked across Corporate and Private Banking, bringing together technology, operational improvement, and global teams to deliver complex change.

Most recently, as Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Lead in Private Bank Operations, I translated executive priorities into costed plans, implementation roadmaps, and accountable delivery. My work spans operating models, Postbank integration, workforce development, and multimillion-euro savings. I’m available from November 2026 for programme and portfolio leadership opportunities.
